    For anyone interested, here's an alternate race starter to replace the stock "non essential personel" voice when the server switches to race.  It goes in the Gamedata/Sounds/Secondary folder.  Make a copy of the original in case you change your mind after hearing it.

    The story behind this by the way:  SROL used to run VW Fun Cups every 6 months or so, and they barely reached 100 mph.  At some point Smoke made a comment about how awesome the racing was once they got to 88 miles per hour, so that particular sound file was quite appropriate at the time, and years later I still have it on my computer for old times sake.
